Job Brief:We are looking for a senior network engineer. This positions responsibility is to design, implement, and maintain functional and secure converged networks. This position is part of the project engineering team, which participates in the projects different activities to ultimately install and hand over the infrastructure network for our projects and clients.A senior network engineer is expected to have thorough knowledge of the network architecture and excellent problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:-Design converged network infrastructure (LAN, WAN) based on the project?srequirements and client needs.-Design the security policies for network infrastructure (LAN, WAN) based on theproject?s requirements and client needs.-Participate with teams of other related IP based systems, such as IPTEL and IPTV systems, to identify network infrastructure solutions to meet customer requirements.-Create HLD (High Level design) & LLD (Low Level Design) for the network infrastructure matches with project needs.-Prepare installation method of statement & technical document to get the required approval to be used as reference during execution phase.-Set closely with client/stakeholders to address the different challenges and to propose the required solutions.-Actively engage with project management activities (planning, execution, monitoring and closing) on the network infrastructure scope.-Install and configure the network switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices.-˙Implement network access control (NAC) and ClearPass solutions.-˙Implement device hardening to protect the network and meet information security compliance.-˙Manage the network and monitor network performance and integrity.-Perform the required test plan and procedure as part of the network infrastructure inspection plan.-Maintain complete technical documentation and write a professional report for network infrastructure handover.-Resolve issues as technical support by troubleshooting the network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, security).
