IDB2849 - Senior Corporate Procurement SpecialistLocation: Saudi Arabia - JeddahRole Purpose:To provide professional and technical support to the Procurement Division to ensure that IsDB?s corporate (non-project) procurement meets internal clients? requirements, in terms of quality, timeliness and cost-effectiveness, based on global best practices to fulfill the business objectives and to support IsDB strategic goals.Qualification & Experience:* Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration / Finance / Accounting / Economics or any relevant field. Master?s degree would be desirable. * Procurement related certification CIPS, CPM, CPSM etc. desirable. * 8 years of experience in procurement, contract administration and supply chain management in large organisation. Experience in MDB would be preferred.Technical Skills and Necessary Knowledge:* Knowledge of Tendering procedures, RFPs, Contract development, international procurement practices * Negotiation skills * Solid background knowledge of legal aspects of procurement agreements / contracts * SAP Material Management (MM) Module (Mandatory) * MS Office * Vendor management * Analytical thinking and Problem solving
