Job Description

As a Senior Accountant at our recruitment agency in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial activities of our organization. You will be responsible for supervising financial closing, fixed assets, financial accounting entries, GL management, and accounts reconciliation. Additionally, you will identify financial discrepancies, complete all VAT and ZATCA reports, and perform monthly financial closing and VAT filings while ensuring compliance with all ZATCA laws, rules, and regulations.Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise the financial closing process and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial accounting entries.
  2. Manage fixed assets and maintain fixed assets records, including transaction, item, and supplier-wise reconciliations.
  3. Ensure effective cash and bank management operations, including the management of petty cash and recording of all incoming and outgoing cash flow.
  4. Prepare cash flow reports, estimated budgets, and other necessary financial reports.
  5. Execute daily accounting activities to maintain the general ledger and generate accounts payable and accounts receivable reports.
Preferred Candidates:
  1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  3. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
