Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell all grades of our frozen seafood products.
  • Develop and pursue new sales opportunities through phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Contact customers, prepare orders, and follow up on inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, report irregularities, and request assistance when needed.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Promote and sell additional products to meet customer needs.
  • Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and colleagues mainly over the phone/email.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure customers receive exceptional service.
  • Handle additional tasks or projects as assigned.
