The incumbent utilizes widely diversified knowledge of project controls activities, and draws upon extensive experience and exposure to various types of projects and clients.Responsibilities:Implements and maintains Planning/Scheduling requirements on the projectUnderstands and applies engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relations.Develops and maintains critical path logic networks and bar charts utilizing this informationAnalyzes, evaluates, and forecasts current status against an established baseline scheduleAssesses the impact(s) of design or construction changes and schedule slippages.Report schedule status to all levels of project and company management as well as to the clientProvides input and performs analytical review of reports generatedAccumulates and access historical data, such as performance experience, for use in maintaining a realistic basis for future planning and forecastingProvide guidance and specialized assistance to Senior Resident Engineer and others in the resolution of project control issues.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or related field)10 years of planning and scheduling experience within infrastructure/housing projects.Proficient PC skills including a proficiency in variousProject Controls Software and Microsoft Office SuiteMinimum Clearance Required to Start:Not Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
