Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP HCM solutions to optimize HR processes and achieve business objectives.

  • Implement and configure SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, LMS RCM OB OFB Performance , Time Management, and Payroll EC.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct system testing and user training to ensure successful adoption of HCM solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM applications.
  • Analyze and optimize existing HR processes and recommend best practices.
  • Stay updated on SAP HCM advancements and industry trends to enhance system functionality.
  • Prepare documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and training materials.
