Job Description

Responsible for representing the company and building strong relationships with existing and potential clients, achieving targeted sales objectives through the promotion and sale of company products or services, ensuring increased market share and achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction.Powers & AuthoritiesAchieving Targeted Sales: Commitment to achieving the required sales as per the strategic plan set by management.Opening New Markets: Continuous search for potential clients and new opportunities, expanding the client database in targeted areas.Managing Client Relationships: Conducting regular field visits to clients, monitoring their needs, and providing solutions to ensure their continued engagement.Sales Proposals and Negotiation: Preparing and evaluating sales proposals for clients, managing negotiation processes on prices and terms to successfully close deals.Financial Collection: Monitoring financial collection processes for overdue sales in coordination with the financial management to ensure compliance with specified deadlines.Market Study: Monitoring competitor activities and prices in the market and submitting periodic reports to management with insights and recommendations for improvement.Periodic Reports: Preparing and submitting daily and weekly reports that include (sales activity, field visits, complaints and suggestions, and progress towards objectives).SkillsRequired Qualifications and Experienceú Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field (depending on the nature of the product/service).ú Work Experience: Previous work experience of not less than two years in sales (preferably with a background in the same industry).ú Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic, and good command of English (speaking and writing).Behavioral Skills (Competencies)ú Communication and Persuasion Skills: High ability to build strong professional relationships and persuade clients about products/services.ú Negotiation and Objection Handling Skills: Ability to manage negotiations wisely and handle client objections to convert them into sales opportunities.ú Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to handle field pressures and adhere to deadlines while moving between different areas.ú Results-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving and exceeding specified performance metrics.ú Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to respond quickly and effectively to client issues and provide timely solutions that maintain the company's reputation.
