Job Description

The Sales Representative position is focused on the heavy machinery and equipment industry, specializing in the sale of construction machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. With a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years of experience, the Sales Representative will engage with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions, ultimately contributing to the companys success.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  2. Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking and cold calling.
  3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
  4. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  5. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  8. Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and expand the network.
  9. Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
  10. Participate in training and development programs to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the heavy industry sector.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  5. Results-driven with a strong customer focus.
  6. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  7. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients.
  9. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  10. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
