Our Client: A regional conglomerate with a huge potential to grow into the big league.Your Role: Incumbent will be based in Jeddah and will be responsible to develop and lead the sales consultants team to achieve sales and collection targets, deliver sales fundamentals and maintain business profitability. Deliver Sales Volume through planning and forecasting sales volume by region, customer and Item level. Ensure collection and credit facilities are in line with working capital key Indicators; Average Collection Days (ACD) and Average Outstanding Days (AOD). Manage, Coach and guide the sales consultants team to build long term.Managing Expectations: At Mindfield we are driven by mutually agreed KPIs and service levels.
