Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager & Sales Executives / Engineers ? Building Materials (Aluminum, UPVC, WPC Doors & Windows)Location: JeddahResponsibilities:Sales Manager:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in Aluminum, UPVC, and WPC doors & windows.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key clients, contractors, developers, and consultants.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, negotiations, and contract management.
  • Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Sales Executives / Engineers:
  • Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Present and promote the company?s product range to potential customers.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and sales agreements.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Conduct site visits and provide technical support for project-based sales.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
