Responsibilities:

Set up the sales strategy including 5 years? business plan.
Meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets and goals as determined by GM ? including working with multiple departments, sales team members and production plants to ensure sales targets are being met, finding problems as they arise, and fixing those problems.
Driving revenue and conversion for the division.
Providing technical advice and problem solutions for the sales team members and the company.
Educating, motivating, stimulating, and guiding sales team members to meet or exceed goals.
Leading weekly sales meetings to discuss strategy, competitive differentiation, selling skills, etc.
Meeting with sales management team weekly to present accurate reports.
Understanding competitors strengths and weaknesses, evaluating our position in market and advise for actions needed to raise our competitive edge in market.
