Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
  2. Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  5. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same industry.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
