Job Description

We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company revenue targets and drive business growth. You will develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
  2. Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and challenges
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
  2. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  3. Strong leadership and management skills
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
