Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and building strong relationships with clients in the hospitality, restaurant, and food service industry.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans specifically tailored for the hospitality, restaurant, and food service industry
  2. Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  3. Analyze market trends within the hospitality, restaurant, and food service industry and identify new business opportunities
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the hospitality, restaurant, and food service industry, understanding their requirements and providing effective solutions
  5. Monitor sales performance within the hospitality, restaurant, and food service industry and provide regular reports to senior management
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role within the hospitality, restaurant, or food service industry
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  4. Ability to analyze market trends within the hospitality, restaurant, and food service industry and understand customer needs
  5. Results-oriented and target-driven mindset
