Job Description

Job purposeContributing to achieving the objectives of the company by following the sales plan based on the vision of the company.Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving Monthly sales target & developing the database of customers continuously, achieving the main aims that management determine and analyze it daily.
  • Receiving and working on the sales requests of customers using the company application with no delay to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Adding new products that may customers need along with the basic and known products and keeping in touch with customers to know their needs and if they are facing any problems and try to solve with the assistance of MHP.
  • Visiting the points of sales weekly and Monthly upon the plan and confirming that by sharing the location of each branch he/she visits.
  • Seeking to know all the features of all the products to achieve the monthly target.
  • Updating the data of customers continuously.
  • Following up with customers for payment and reminding them to pay a week before.
  • Immediate response to customers complaints regarding the quality and quantity of products and sharing reports of this.
  • Gathering information of the competitors daily.
  • Informing the customers of any changes in the prices of products.
