DUTIES- Plan and execute sales calls as scheduled in the Marketing Plan together with the appropriate follow-up- Provides the DOS with all information regarding his/her market during compilation of the Marketing Plan- Participates actively in the compilation of the Sales & Marketing Business Plan- Attend VIP functions when required by the DOS- Maintain good follow-up / trace system- Conducting site inspections / tours of the property- Entertaining on a regular basis- Completing all sales administration forms (reports etc.) on time and keeping accurate and up to date records of all clients- To be available to work longer than normal hours as and when required by DOS- Perform weekly Sales Duty Rounds
