Job Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our real estate team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of real estate agents, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of real estate agents
  • Set sales targets and ensure team members meet or exceed goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
