Job Description

The Cashier s responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all sales are accurately recorded and processed.Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience˙
  • Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently˙
  • Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile discrepancies
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions˙
  • Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints
  • Ensure that all sales are recorded accurately in the system˙
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accuracy of records
  • Keep the store clean and organized, including restocking shelves and maintaining displays, price tags in case of no customers˙
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
