Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and proficient individual with a strong background in real estate. The ideal candidate should have good English language skills and a proven track record in the real estate industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for various real estate activities, including property management, sales, and client relations. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee a portfolio of properties, including leasing, rent collection, and property maintenance.
  2. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or tenants.
  3. Conduct market research to determine property values and rental rates.
  4. Negotiate and close sales or rental agreements with clients.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and offer expert advice to clients.
  8. Prepare and present property listings, including photos, descriptions, and rental/sales prices.
  9. Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and appraisals.
  10. Maintain accurate and detailed records of property transactions, contracts, and client interactions.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 1 years of experience in the real estate industry.
  2. Proven track record of successful property management and sales.
  3. Good English language skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  5. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.
  6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  8. Proficient in using real estate software and CRM systems.
  9. Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
