Job Description

The Beauty Advisor works with providing excellent customer service and driving sales in the beauty department of a retail store. They should have a strong understanding of beauty products, trends, and techniques, and be able to recommend and demonstrate products to customers. The Beauty Advisor should also have a friendly and approachable demeanor to create a positive shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist them in finding the right beauty products for their needs
  • Demonstrate and recommend products to customers, explaining their benefits and application techniques
  • Keep up-to-date with beauty trends and products to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
  • Achieve personal and store sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in training and product knowledge sessions to continuously improve selling skills and stay updated on new products
