Leadership and management of residential projects from both architectural and administrative perspectives, ensuring execution according to the highest quality standards and adherence to timelines and approved budgets, in alignment with the company strategy.?? Key Responsibilities:* Project Management: Preparation of the comprehensive project plan (scope, time, cost, quality), monitoring progress, and managing risks.* Architectural Supervision: Review and approval of plans and coordination with consultants (structural, electrical, mechanical).* Contractor Management: Evaluate contractor and supplier performance, review invoices, and resolve technical issues on-site.* Quality and Cost Control: Monitor execution according to Saudi Building Code, track budget, and prepare periodic reports.* Coordination and Communication: Represent the company in meetings with government entities and consultants, and submit reports to senior management.?? Required Qualifications:* Education: Bachelor?s degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.* Experience: 4 - 10 years of experience in managing residential projects.* Previous experience in real estate development or residential communities.Skills* Proficiency in project management software (MS Project / Primavera).* Familiarity with Saudi Building Code and real estate development systems.* Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, with excellent negotiation skills.
