Job Description

A Retail Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring that sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is maintained. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and a deep understanding of the retail industry.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise a team of retail sales associates.
  2. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet targets.
  4. Train and coach sales associates to improve their product knowledge and sales techniques.
  5. Ensure that the store is properly stocked and displays are organized and appealing to customers.
Preferred Candidate:

  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
