Job Description

We are seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales in our retail store. This role requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for customer satisfaction. You will need to have a good understanding of our products and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers in finding and purchasing the right products for their needs
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with customers
  3. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  4. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and be able to answer customer questions
  5. Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Prior experience in retail sales FMCG is preferred
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  4. Strong sales and negotiation skills
  5. Highly motivated and target-driven
