Human Resources Department is Seeking a Recruitment Manager who willlead the recruitment overall activities of BMC, assuring that recruitment is upto the highest levels in terms of selection quality, to a great hiring experienceof new joiners. also, will handle the progress,supervise, and monitor the performance of the recruitment team. Preparing andexecuting the annual manpower plan, reviewing, and enhancing the internal recruitmentpractices. coordinating with hiring managers and applicants and making surethat the recruitment process is aligning with BMC Policies & procedures andconduct a continues audit on recruitment activities. also, will be responsibleof training and development of recruitment team to achieve the best performanceoutcome that matches the highest standards of quality and internal customer experiencefrom interviewing and various assessment to onboarding.RequirementsEducation: An earned bachelor?s or Master?s degree from areputable university in Human Resources Management/or Business Administration. Preferably to be CIPD, PHRI, SHRM Certified.Experience: Minimum 5 Years of recruitment experience in same manageriallevel Proven Recruitment Achievements. Experience in leading and managing a recruitment teamin an effective and efficient way. Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficient in the use of dashboard, computers, andcomputing devices. Ability to Manage team members. Effective presentation skills. Effective administrative/ interpersonal skills. Managing the annual reporting for recruitmentactivities.OtherRequirements:? Fluent in English (spokenand written). Confident with Microsoft360 & different ERP & recruitment systems. Training Courses orWorkshops in Talen Management is a plus. Actively attending yearlyHR summit or seminars conducted locally and globally. Ability to give a continuestraining to the recruitment team members.
