Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities of our real estate agents, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in meeting sales goals.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and lead a team of real estate agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success in meeting sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the companys market share and achieve sales goals.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  4. Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales transactions, ensuring that all legal and financial requirements are met.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing feedback and recommendations to senior management.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  7. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in real estate sales.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
  3. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  8. Fluency in Arabic and English.
