Job Description

A Quantity Surveyor (Internal Audit) is responsible for managing all aspects of the cost and commercial management of construction projects. They play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed within budget and to the highest quality standards. The Quantity Surveyor will be based in Jeddah/Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and will work for a private sector employer.Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct internal audits and prepare detailed audit reports and presentations for management.
  2. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects.
  3. Conduct feasibility studies and cost benefit analysis to determine the viability of projects.
  4. Manage the procurement process, including sourcing materials and subcontractors.
  5. Monitor project costs and prepare regular reports to track expenditure.
  6. Ensure that projects are completed within budget and according to the agreed schedule.
