Western Region (Jeddah) In this position, you will be responsible for planning and implementing healthcare quality management and quality improvement programs, monitoring processes and systems, investigating incidents and making recommendations for improvements.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with medical quality standards and health, safety and environmental regulations, and supervise their implementation. Monitor and evaluate processes and systems to ensure the quality of health care provided and identify potential deficiencies and other problems. Investigate quality incidents, identify the root causes of incidents, understand the likelihood of their reoccurrence and its impact, and oversee the resolution of those incidents. Develop recommendations to improve processes and systems to prevent systematic or occasional quality problems. Preparing and submitting reports on the quality of medical services and providing recommendations to improve them and reduce accidents and surrounding risks. Training company employees on quality concepts and how to apply them at work.Paying attention to developing the organization?s quality management system and continuously updating it.
