Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily QA/QC activities for solar mounting structure fabrication and installationEnsure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.)Conduct inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished productsMonitor welding, galvanizing, and assembly qualityCoordinate with production, engineering, and site teams to resolve quality issuesPrepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and NCR (Non-Conformance Reports)Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Participate in internal and external auditsEnsure proper documentation and quality traceabilityTrain and guide QC inspectors and techniciansSkillsRequirementsBachelor?s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 5+ years of QA/QC experience in steel structure / solar mounting systemsStrong knowledge of:Structural steel fabricationHot-dip galvanizingWelding inspection (WPS, PQR, NDT methods)Familiar with international standards (ISO 9001, ASTM, EN standards)Experience in solar or renewable energy projects is preferredGood communication skills in English.
