Job Description? Provide and share support advice ideas and knowledge across the QA department? Interprets and implements quality assurance standards? Monitor the implementation of ArrowFood Co food safety policies and procedures? Follow up the implementation of the corrective action in the branches in reference to the initial QA Audit report? Implement the stores' improvement plans at the branch level? Follow up the implementation and the efficacy of the pest control programs at the branch level? Verify the food alerts messages and Customer complaints in regard to the quality? Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the branch audits for each district region? Food sampling for the laboratory testing? To assist the QA manager with records to form revisions and procedures? Helping to write quality assurance policies and procedures? Assists departments with the coordination of audit information and recommend appropriate corrective action? Responsible for achieving a satisfactory working environment between other departments performing quality assurance studies? Visiting the market's customers to check the quality of our product ? Checking the quality of the goods when receiving? Assist in the development of plant SOPs? Follows and leads Standard Operating Procedures SOPs and HAACP Programs ISO? Follow up with the pest control companySkills? Other duties may be assigned
