Job Description

A Purchasing Representative is responsible for managing the procurement process and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services. They work closely with suppliers and internal teams to negotiate contracts, monitor inventory levels, and maintain accurate purchasing records. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet business objectives
  2. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships
  3. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
  4. Review purchase orders and invoices for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to understand their procurement needs and provide timely support
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  2. Experience in purchasing or procurement
  3. Strong negotiation and communication skills
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
