Job Description

  • Meeting potential tenant and guiding them on tours of available units.
  • Support property manager in the communication with Modon commission and any other related gov authorities.
  • Working closely with the Fit-out team to make sure tenants abide by the Fit-out manual and follow proper rules.
  • Support the collection team by delivering rental invoices to tenants and following up on all collections.
  • Represent the owner of the property and ensure the comfort required of tenant stays.
  • Take the comments and complaints of the tenants seriously to deliver them to Asset management.
  • Represent the owner in leasing, branding, and marketing inside the property.
  • Lead the marketing campaigns inside the property for all national events, local events.
  • Track the KPIs the department set on Mall performance and present it in reports.
  • Assure the safety of visitors and tenants within the property.
