Job Description

We are looking to hire a Project Manager in Jeddah. This position plays a critical role in overseeing and managing specialized projects from inception to completion.This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, particularly within industries related to waterproofing, concrete repair, thermal installation, and steel structure....The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets specific to waterproofing, concrete repair, thermal installation, and steel structure projects.
  2. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project specifications related to waterproofing and structural integrity are met.
  3. Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as necessary to ensure project milestones are achieved in specialized areas.
  4. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns or issues related to project execution.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards specific to waterproofing and structural work throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges unique to the waterproofing and repair sectors.
  7. Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and stakeholders, focusing on specialized project outcomes.
  8. Oversee procurement processes and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors specializing in waterproofing and concrete repair materials.
  9. Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project to ensure alignment and collaboration on specialized tasks.
  10. Lead and mentor project team members to enhance their skills and performance in waterproofing and structural projects.
