Job Responsibilities: Master implementation of patient focused detailing through excellence in product & disease knowledge with the use of full collaterals. Conduct frequent effective external meetings and interactions with HCPs to drive disease & product awareness /education. Prioritization of efforts & resources through robust customer segmentation & targeting of assigned territory to optimize activities. Support patient solutions & tracking via account management & coordinate with vaccines key account managers to ensure Neisseria Vaccines availability. Deliver Neisseria brands / commercial strategies in a defined territory & offer the appropriate solutions by being a trusted Advisor to HCPs. Establish long lasting relationship with KEEs to leverage advocacy across the region. Monitor monthly performance and recommend required actions through developing and effectively executing a robust territory business plan. Support cross functional brand team in related specific tasks & driving implementation of the annual operational plan. Develop market intelligence & initiate the forecasting process in alignment with the CTC and marketing teams to reflect the actual market demand. Coordinate with marketing and medical teams to develop & implement access plans of a defined territory to establish a clear access roadmap with the key accounts. Work closely with broader brand team to provide timely feedback as needed and align on activities and customer insights on regular basis.
