  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Cost and Time Reduction The goal of the internal tools product manager is to make the job/task of these internal users easy by reducing the time and cost it takes to finish that task.?
  • Translate internal teams requests into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Work closely with developer teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • Invest in low code tools that help cross-functional teams automate their work
  • Provide internal and customer training on how to use internal products.?
  • Examine and evaluate current systems
  • Document interfaces between new and legacy systems
