Procurement SpecialistJob Location : Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaKey Responsibilities:•Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to secure the best pricing and quality for food products and packaging.•Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and supplies to support uninterrupted operations.•Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the inventory and operations team to forecast future needs.•Evaluate vendor performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.•Optimize procurement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining product quality and supplier reliability.•Prepare purchase orders, maintain accurate procurement records, and handle invoice reconciliations.Requirements:•Previous experience in procurement or supply chain management within the Food & Beverage industry is mandatory.•Excellent knowledge of vendor management, procurement procedures, and contract negotiation.•Strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.•Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software systems.•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.•A team player with a proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.
