Job Description

As a Food Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a food processing plant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and effective production of high-quality food products while complying with all safety and quality standards. You will work closely with a team of supervisors and employees to achieve production targets and maintain the smooth functioning of the plant.Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, organize, and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets.
  2. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in the plant.
  3. Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency.
  4. Manage and train a team of supervisors and employees to ensure a high level of productivity and performance.
  5. Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to manage raw materials and finished products.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in food processing or manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  2. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
  4. Proven ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements.
  5. Experience in implementing and maintaining inventory control systems.
