Job Description

Job Summary:The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting HR functions across the organization, ensuring smooth HR operations, employee relations, compliance with local labor laws, and the development of a positive and effective work culture. The role requires a dedicated and proactive individual with excellent HR knowledge, organizational skills, and a keen understanding of the Saudi labor market.Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assisting with the hiring process.
  • Organize and facilitate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring they understand company policies and culture.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Foster employee engagement through regular feedback, surveys, and engagement programs to maintain a motivated and productive workforce.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support the performance appraisal process and assist in tracking employee progress against key performance indicators.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining individual development plans (IDPs) and addressing performance-related issues.
  • Labor Law Compliance:
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in labor legislation, ensuring the organization adheres to legal requirements and best practices.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration:
  • Assist in payroll administration by tracking attendance, leaves, and other payroll-related data.
  • Coordinate benefits programs, including health insurance, leave entitlements, and other employee benefits.
  • Training & Development:
  • Assist in identifying training needs within the organization and help coordinate employee development programs.
  • Maintain records of employee training and ensure that programs align with business needs.
  • HR Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including contracts, personal information, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and ensuring proper documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
  • Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and other HR tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
