-Perform payroll operations, transactions, reconciliation, and processing in order to meet the payroll plan.-Manage payroll-related workflow to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and timely.-Provide and validate reports of payroll and benefits transactions including ad hoc, financial and operational reporting as required.-Reconcile payroll prior to transmission; process manual check and relocation metrics to ensure accurate processing and recording of companys payroll.-Understand the company compensation and benefits policies to be able to properly assess, perform and correct transactions.-Provide assistance and advice in regard to payroll; respond to management and employees queries.-Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.-capable to handle payroll more than 1000 employees.-Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager.-Ensure that employee payroll processing is in compliance with labor law.-Working in MENA TECH system.
