SBS HR ServicesPayroll and HR Services Specialist,will be responsible for: iv. Vendor Management for local benefits provider. v. PR/PO requestor for all local payroll and benefits provider. vii. Manage all documents related to Time & attendance, Benefits and payroll (preparation, collection, validation, archiving) ix. Provide Tier 2 support for this Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Attendance processes i. Local benefits, including benefits admin such as for pension, medical insurance, medical check up etc. b. Take appropriate actions to support the Health, and Safety of all the employees (including contractors and temporary persons) e.g. medical surveillance, onboarding training for the new joiners, update of HSE clause in each job role, training need identification etc. h. Thoroughly read all HSE instructions, procedures, policies issued by the Company, and comply with its requirements. Escalate any doubts or uncertainties to the Line Manager.
