As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure the safety and efficiency of the company?s operations. You will be a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage and motivate a team, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will be responsible for monitoring workflow, managing resources, and ensuring operational goals and targets are met.In this role, you will:? Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to quality standards;? Lead, mentor and develop a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets;? Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, discuss challenges and foster a collaborative environment;? Monitor and improve operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity;? Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in operations;? Identify areas for improvement in processes and work with the team to develop and implement solutions;? Ensure that required tools, machinery and technology are available for operations and ensure their safety and proper function;? Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and resource sharing;? Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess team performance and operational efficiency;? Prepare and report operational performance to senior management;? Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions;? Ensure compliance with all relevant company regulations and policies;? Maintain high standards of customer service by ensuring that operations meet or exceed customer expectations;? Handling and resolving customer complaints or operational issues;? Collaborating with the customer service team to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
