Bachelor degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent;At least 10 years of relevant working experience at managerial level in Ready Mix or Build Environment;Familiar with concrete Sales, Operations, QC, payment terms, pricing, concrete properties, admixture technologies and applications;Familiar with SSEN, ACI, ASTM, and BS/EN standards or specifications for Civil Engineering and concrete;Supervisory experience of Plant Manager and QC Manager;Experience in handling and meeting external structural consultants;Proficient in written and spoken English;Possess excellent communication and presentation skills; andIdeal skills in leadership, people management, conflict management, strategic thinking, business negotiation, persuasive, decision making, deadline oriented, budget development, critical thinking & problem solving, planning & organizing and stress tolerance.
