Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in operations management, preferably in the same industry. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  2. Coordinate with different departments to ensure the timely execution of tasks and projects.
  3. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  4. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize resource utilization and enhance productivity.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  6. Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
  7. Prepare and present reports on operational performance and suggest recommendations for improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  9. Identify and resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to senior management.
  10. Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  11. Experienced in the freight forwarding industry
?Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations management or a related field.
  2. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relevant field.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  6. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  8. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  9. Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in operations management.
  10. Experience in implementing process improvements and optimizing operational efficiency.
