Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operation Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of our company. The Operation Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all activities within the organization, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.Key responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and manage a team of operations staff, including assigning tasks, providing training and guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.
  2. Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  3. Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of activities and effective communication.
  4. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Oversee inventory control and manage supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  6. Coordinate with maintenance and repair teams to ensure that equipment and facilities are properly maintained and operational.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
  8. Resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise in a timely and efficient manner.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance and progress towards goals.
