Job Description

The Organizational Development (OD) Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of the workforce within the retail and wholesale sector. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about fostering a positive organizational culture and implementing strategies that drive employee engagement and performance. The OD Manager will work closely with leadership to assess organizational needs, develop training programs, and facilitate change management initiatives.
