Job Description

Main responsibilities:Channel development:Develop and implement channel expansion plan according to company development strategy;Identify potential partners, establish and maintain good cooperation relationship;Select dealers, distributors and partners who meet the companys standards.Channel Management:Responsible for channel network construction and daily management, optimize channel structure;Track channel sales performance, analyze data and propose improvement suggestions;Organize regular channel training and incentive activities to enhance the sales ability and enthusiasm of partners.Marketing support:Assist in the development and implementation of regional marketing plans;Collect market feedback and competitor dynamics, adjust channel strategy;Assist sales team to carry out activities and support sales target achievement.Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: More than 5 years of experience in automotive sales, dealership operations, or a related role is beneficial.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to analyze data and market trends; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM and DMS systems.
