Multi-Unit ManagerLocation: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaAbout the CompanyMohammed Khalaf Al-Otaibi Group is a company that owns and operates a chain of well-established brands in the restaurant and caf‚ industry, delivering high-quality dining experiences and exceptional service across its outlets.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Unit Manager to oversee and manage multiple restaurant and caf‚ branches. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational leadership skills, extensive experience in the Food & Beverage industry, and a proven ability to drive business performance while ensuring full compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant and caf‚ branches.Ensure consistent implementation of company standards, operational procedures, and customer service excellence across all locations.Monitor branch performance, sales, profitability, labor costs, and operational KPIs.Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers and their teams.Conduct regular branch visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.Develop and implement action plans to improve operational efficiency and profitability.Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company employment policies.Ensure all branches comply with Balady regulations, municipality requirements, and licensing standards.Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, health, and occupational safety.Coordinate with government authorities and support branches during inspections and audits.Manage staffing requirements, workforce planning, and employee performance.Support new store openings, branch expansions, and operational improvement initiatives.Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.RequirementsMinimum 4 years of experience managing multiple branches within the Food & Beverage industry.Previous experience with leading restaurant and caf‚ brands such as Barn?s, Dunkin?, Americana, Kudu, Half Million, or similar concepts.Strong knowledge of restaurant and caf‚ operations.Thorough understanding of Saudi Labor Law, Balady regulations, food safety requirements, and health & safety standards.Proven leadership and team management experience.Ability to manage multiple locations and achieve operational and financial targets.Valid Saudi driving license.Willingness to travel frequently between branches.Religion ; MuslimSalary :6000 to 7000 RiyalIf you have a successful track record in managing multiple restaurant or caf‚ locations and are passionate about operational excellence, we encourage you to apply and join our growing team.SkillsCustomer Experience and Service ExcellenceFood Safety and Hygiene ComplianceHealth & Safety ManagementKnowledge of Saudi Labor Law and Employment Regulations.
