Roles & Responsibilities Operations & MaintenanceSupervise daily MEP activities including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systemsEnsure all equipment is operating efficiently with minimal downtimeMonitor and execute Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules Troubleshooting & Corrective MaintenanceIdentify and resolve faults in MEP systems (chillers, pumps, DBs, lighting, plumbing systems, etc.)Coordinate emergency breakdown response and corrective actions Team SupervisionLead and manage technicians and subcontractorsAllocate daily tasks and ensure work completion as per scheduleProvide technical guidance and on-site support Compliance & SafetyEnsure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and regulationsImplement and monitor PTW (Permit to Work) systemEnsure adherence to Civil Defense and local authority requirements Documentation & ReportingMaintain records of maintenance activities, reports, and logsPrepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for managementTrack asset history and maintenance records Client CoordinationCommunicate with clients regarding maintenance issues and updatesAttend meetings and provide technical support as requiredEnsure client satisfaction through timely service delivery Spare Parts & InventoryMonitor spare parts availability and raise material requestsEnsure proper utilization and control of materials.
