About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team in Jeddah. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of HVAC systems, while leveraging CRM tools to manage client interactions and project workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with local codes and standards.Responsibilities:Design, analyze, and optimize HVAC systems for commercial and industrial projectsDevelop detailed technical drawings, calculations, and specificationsManage client relationships and project communication using CRM softwareCoordinate with electrical, civil, and architectural teams to integrate mechanical systemsConduct site visits, inspections, and commissioning activitiesPrepare cost estimates, budgets, and project schedulesEnsure compliance with Saudi building codes, safety regulations, and quality standardsTroubleshoot system performance issues and recommend corrective actionsMaintain project documentation and generate regular progress reportsSkillsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor?s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalentMinimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC system design and implementationProficiency with CAD software and HVAC calculation toolsExperience using CRM platforms to track project milestones and client communicationsStrong knowledge of HVAC industry standards, Saudi building codes, and ASHRAE guidelinesExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skillsFluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plusAbility to travel to project sites within Jeddah and surrounding areas.
