Mechanical & Electrical EstimatorWhat Youll Be Doing• Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems based on project specifications, drawings, and other documents.• Analyze drawings and specifications to understand project requirements and scope.• Perform quantity takeoffs for systems to determine the materials, equipment, and labor required for the project.• Ensure accuracy in measuring and counting all necessary components• Prepare and submit detailed and competitive bid proposals for systems.• Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure compliance with project specifications.• Develop and manage budgets for components of construction projects.• Ensure estimates align with overall project budgets and financial goals.Requirements:•Ability to analyze project documents, specifications, and drawings to accurately determine the scope and costs of systems.•Proficiency in identifying potential cost-saving opportunities and risk factors.•Strong grasp of financial principles related to budgeting, and value engineering.•Ability to prepare and manage budgets effectively for systems.•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar field•Knowledge of specific sectors within systems, such as HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical systems, or plumbing systems.•The candidate should be locally available, and Iqama should be transferable.location : Jeddah
