Ensure area of responsibility to be in good housekeeping condition and follow 6S principles.
Repair and troubleshoot the machines.
Under the supervision of the senior maintenance foreman assigns appropriates mechanics to various

Monitors the completion of the mechanical preventive maintenance items.�
Controls the rescheduling of uncompleted preventive maintenance.
Administers the mechanic?s training program, including the evaluation of individual progress.�
Writes the initial performance evaluation on all mechanic.
personnel and submits same to the senior maintenance foreman.�
Performs mechanical design work, and complex repair work as necessary.
Completes a work order summary for each completed job.
Monitors the mechanical spare parts inventory and ensures that an adequate supply is maintained at all.�
